Through 4 Group Repatterning / mini Coaching sessions of 90 minutes each over 4 weeks. In order to shed excess weight on the outside, we need to focus on shedding the excess weight on the inside. What is excess weight on the inside
We hold onto excess weight because
- Our earlier childhood needs were not met
- We come up with incredible strategies to have our needs met in orderto survive (our perception as a child) and then we bury them and they are most often not discovered throughout the average persons life.
- The old buried pains, many of which we cant remember are representative on the outside of the pain that we still feel on the inside.
- We hold onto to old fight flight patterns that again we have no idea exist
- Everything is life is frequency. Including all illness and lack. So overweight is about a part of ourselves vibrating at the wrong frequency.
- We have a number of perceptions about ourself that we heard when we were young and we believe them.
Once we shift our resonance with having excess weight and the underlying causes, we start to shift our weight on the outside.
